ENGLAND EURO QUALIFIERS CLOSE

things-5

WHAT ODDS THAT WAYNE ROONEY WILL BEAT BOBBY CHARLTON ENGLAND GOAL SCORING RECORD AT WEMBLEY?

England and Manchester United legend Bobby Carleton scored 49 goals playing for England in his long illustrious career. Wayne Rooney the current England Captain and also a Manchester United player will achieve 100 caps playing for England at Wembley on 15 November in the Euro qualifying game against Slovenia.

While Wayne Rooney will be the youngest England player to achieve this by more than 3 years all the attention is however on his goal scoring prowess. Despite all the frequent and often hysterical attack on him Wayne Rooney has already scored 43 Goals for England and is on target to beat his fellow Manchester United Player Bobby Charlton’s record.

The question is will Wayne beat the amazing record in 2016 which is of course the 50th Anniversary of Bobby Charlton and England winning the Football World Cup at the old Wembley Stadium.

It would be fitting for the long standing record to be beaten at the new and iconic Wembley Stadium.
